Women & Child Health

DGVS’s Health interventions work to improve the access to quality healthcare services for the poor and marginalised communities. For instance, more than 50% of women in rural India are malnourished and anaemic. By identifying the root causes of healthcare challenges, we work at the individual, community, and systemic levels to develop innovative solutions and help implement quality healthcare services to the mother and child. The ambit of our work includes improving of maternal and reproductive health, child health and nutrition, and early

identification and treatment of communicable diseases. We are focused in finding sustainable solutions that can mitigate these epidemic deaths stemming from childbirth for vulnerable mothers. We intend to be the voice for those women that face difficult circumstance, don’t have access to Healthcare facilities for maternity care by partnering with thoughtful leaders among these strong mothers. DGVS work with our local volunteers and staff to build up capacities to provide end to end Healthcare solutions to save our mothers.
